Snaplaunch Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the privacy policies and practices of Eranova, L.L.C., doing business as “Snaplaunch” (“we”, “us” or “our”), including the types of information that we collect and the ways in which we use and/or share such information.

Snaplaunch is a technology company that offers its customers (“Customers”) its product – a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence (“AI Agent”), an autonomous system that processes information, interacts with users, and performs tasks based on predefined rules or learned behaviors. We provide Customers with the mechanisms to tailor the AI Agent to their needs and to manage the AI Agent and data associated with the AI Agent once it is in use (our “Services”).

To the extent that you are a user of a Snaplaunch-powered AI Agent on a Customer website, Snaplaunch will collect and process your information solely as instructed or permitted by the Customer and the use of your information may be governed by the Customer’s privacy policy.

We operate and maintain our own websites and applications to market our product and provide our Services, including snaplaunch.ai (each, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”). Our Sites may include a version of our AI Agent that we manage and make available publicly as a demo of our product (the “Snaplaunch Agent”).

If (1) you are a user of our Sites, Services or Snaplaunch Agent, or (2) you provide information to us through our Sites, Services, or Snaplaunch Agent, or through other means of communication, this Policy applies to you. By accessing or using any of the Sites, Services, or Snaplaunch Agent, or by sharing information with us through our Sites, Services or Snaplaunch Agent, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.

For the avoidance of doubt, neither Customer websites nor Snaplaunch-powered AI Agents on a Customer website are Sites, Services or Snaplaunch Agents for the purposes of this Policy.

In connection with the Sites, Services, and Snaplaunch Agent, we may collect the following categories of information:

We do not control or endorse any Third Party Site. You agree that your use of a Third Party Site is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for the availability or contents of any Third Party Site. We recommend that you review the privacy policy applicable to each such Third Party Site.

If you are located outside of the United States and access the Sites or Services, or submit your information to us, you do so at your own risk and choice. United States law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction. If you visit our Sites or use our Services or contact us from outside of the United States, please be advised that (i) any information you provide to us or that we automatically collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States; and (ii) by using our Sites or Services or submitting information to us, you explicitly authorize its transfer to and subsequent processing in the United States in accordance with this Policy and United States law.

We do not knowingly collect any information about children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information.

We may add to, modify, or otherwise update this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion by notifying you that a new version of this Policy has been posted to the Sites, Services and Snaplaunch Agent.
